G Fret

by Armineonila M.

She, as teasing
strings
vibrate melodies
which
into
this
neck
spring,
drew
deities
upon
this
body,
like
as if
wisdom has
yet been diffused
ahead silent vessels
of echoed conformity;
Here, in the middle of
gazes fumbles a hesitant
finger wishing to explore
a caprice and fondness for
a song that rests upon its
womb, until its bosom
stood to strum an
ancient cry of
gleeful belonging;
touching, owning
that celestial pitch;
Here, saccharine rhymes
stumble across naive tunes;
advancing in distant universes
………in a rendezvous of blissful
………harmony; rude, then tuned,
……….then finally, settling down in
……..a unity of opinions, to squeeze
………..out an innocence of soprano
……resounding that beastly falsetto.
We, while breath by vocals poured
flesh in stanzas, finally, bridge
octaves dancing in rhythms of
craving souls, to begin again,
and again in the end, one,
but one, tranquil
humming.
