I'm Willing To Let You Raise My Children

by Fred Decker & Gary Johnson

I’ve been giving some thought to the possible reason your girl hasn’t dumped you yet
I’m sorry to say that I’ve got no answers maybe you should start to sweat
You’re a barely employed young guitar player with a girl who’s smoking hot
By any reasonable objective standard, what chances have you got?

I’m willing to let you raise my children
Give them all the love you can
Your girl doesn’t want your weird little babies
Give her the babies of a real man

I’ll take her out for a candlelight dinner, don’t worry I’ll treat her right
And I’ll love her so hard her head will spin around before we say good night
If she can’t have me she might settle for you, knowing she’s had the best
And people will think my children are yours, oh my won’t they be impressed?

I’m willing to let you raise my children
Give them all the love you can
Your girl doesn’t want your weird little babies
Give her the babies of a real man
