Known as 'God of Cricket,'
A person who'll never quit.
A name that means 'pure,'
A person who has played for a long tenure.

Known for his humility,
And inspiring personality,
Has changed the whole game of cricket
And laid a new target.

We will never forget him,
He will remain in our hearts,
And there he is, waving the Indian Flag,
While taking a round of Wankhede Stadium.

Cricket is 'lifeless' wIthout you,
Its like morning without drops of dew,
Whenever we think of this game,
We mention your name.

It's sad to see you going away,
But with pride, I can say,
That India is fortunate to have you as a player,
And that's why you are called a MASTER BLASTER !!!
