Light flight

by Diana Cosma

I shall pawn my dreams
to afford a sunny me;

then, as if it were in my blood,
I shall buy truth
and pay with myself

so I can grow
tall, taller, till I reach
the noctilucent clouds
and have enough muscle
to build heaven.
