I Love You

Ehsan Sehgal

I always dreamed
It seemed
An angelic soul
That came as spiritual lights
Towards my sad, tearful and dark nights
Where, there I was a prisoner
By an undesirable lover
Living in the fears
I kept praying years and years
With my heart and tears
Until God heard me
And one day I found you
I felt in love
I chose you
Now I see and feel
You are my life and soul
My love and goal
Can you give me a place
In your heart
For the life
To become a part
And the affection art.
