The Teenager

A heart so true,
Every day is new,
So many dreams you see,
And imagine what you want to be.

Teenagers are confused,
As what to do,
Whom to believe,
Our parents or our friends?

We are always in two minds,
As to do a task or not,
But we never see the positive side,
Of the results we've got.

We've always done what the heart says,
Paying no heed to our family,
And this is how we complete,
This tough and uneven journey.
