A new year poem

Another revolution completed by mother earth

Years pass, time flies, moments evaporate…

Another revolution completed by mother earth

Glaciers melt, green patches fade, wild streams loose their way

The Sun is getting screened, The Moon is getting stormed, few stars are breathing last

Another revolution completed by mother Earth

We are going to ‘’defy death’’, ’’concur Mars’’... New Year resolutions, as they say.

Clouds solidify, rivers are being arrested, Ice lands get auctioned, Robots counsel,

A fresh civilization is germinating, generation Z is trying hard to keep cool

Sky scrapers infiltrate the perpetual sky, androids invented to replace human voids

Another revolution completed by mother earth

New planets are discovered, inside a closed, computed, statistically protected laboratory cell.

Hey, you all…make marry…cheer up…

This time celebration shouldn’t stop…

In every sparkle of my mother’s tear drop…

There shines a all new hope…

May a surrogate mother lend her womb…

To nestle the whole mankind…during gestation our genetic code, she will change…

And finally find a step father to adopt

Another revolution completed by mother earth…

A newly born year twined with gen-z, trying desperately breath

ABOUT THE POET ~
I am a teacher by profession and poet by instinct. words are my breathe counts. everyday I inhale and exhale them in a synchronised rythm so that I would considered to be alive.
