About Bryan Adams
Bryan Adams, born November 5, 1959 in Kingston, Ontario (Canada), is a Canadian-British singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, photographer, and actor. He began his career in 1976 with the Canadian glam rock band Sweeney Todd, which he left after the success of their second album, If Wishes Were Horses, to pursue a solo career. He took a two-year hiatus, returning in 1991 with the album that made him a global star, Waking Up the Neighbors.A renowned composer, he wrote hits for artists such as Joe Cocker (When the Night Comes in 1988). He performed the French song Je suis là, me voilà and other music for the DreamWorks animated film Spirit, Stallion of the Plains in 2002.
