Dropping Truth on That Pretty Little Head

When people react to the things I say
I know I struck a nerve
That’s just my way
I can’t always find the words
But I try anyway
A dose of reality is just a few words away

There’s only so much a man can take
Before he blows up and fixes what’s fake
Just the way you wanted it to be
But hopefully those words can help make you see
You’re nothing but lies you tell them with glee
I’m just so glad I was smart enough to push you away from me

Play your games, fuck with my head
Don’t even bother, because to me you’re dead.
I couldn’t care less, the tears those words caused
Someone had to drop some truth on that pretty little head.
