Surrounding Schnee

by Ron Winkler

or J. S., R. H. and M. R.

we love this cold fractal grammar.

the fine-boned tumble of snow through the air.

the complex prancing of fine-boned snow
through the atmosphere.

the new territory in front of the white boxes of our eyes.
that simplifies the surroundings.

we love these soundless hooves of the beginning
of it’s snowing.

we love these complicated intensive care units
of this particular climate.

their unobtrusive complexity.

the vividness of specific unbalance.

we love the turbulence that is its own proof.

and the phenomenon as such (as memory
of this phenomenon).

cautiously we love peaceful overbombing.

and later the creeping constructivism
of white sanscrit on things.
