Childhood

Children of my homeland!
Where hour by hour,
our rivers
are tinted with blood...
Like today!
My inner most desire is:
I would see how in the world
rises yours sincere smile!
I would like this to happen today!

I wish, you in your innocence,to be free,
from the pursue of the war...
I wish the breath of the edge gun's,
does not be threaten for you...
Those guns which now maintained
at my slavery.

I view the extensive plains
and the high mountain peaks above them...
How green are the pastures,
that they offer us...
So emerald!
So why be change anything?
Is necesary that all this disapear?
My steppes, you are my pain!
So repentant I came back today!
Like is passed only one morning,
from my departure ...
