House

This is the house with
the colors of the earth and
a lamplight and outside
in the fog is a picture of the
house and inside in the house
is a picture of the fog and
in my head is the house and
the fog and the colors of the
fog and the white of the
sky and beside it is the house,
the house itself and the quiet
of the fog beneath the sky
inside the mountains that I've
dropped from as the house
falls and the fog rolls in across
the sky and the color known
as white is white, which
approves of love, the house
having fallen into place
beside its winter stars.
