I Love Dormont

Anticipating the arrival of Chuck the town drunk is the first tell tale sign
Waking up alone every morning with a hangover and a trashed apartment is reassurance enough
Unwanted houseguests, the water bugs always come at the wrong time
Jerking off so often that hygiene becomes secondary
All I want is love, everyone is too busy loving Dormont
I am lonely and forgotten
Listening to Frank Sinatra every night has lost its charm
Suffering self defeat
We're all just strangers in the night
Beer breath and bourbon
A table for one
Seven months have passed, I'm still on display
The vomit has now crusted on my shirt
Who wants a hug
Not much changes in this town besides my state of mental health
My teeth are rotting and fallen out, yet still no one seems to notice
Not much to do but wait
Wait for my time, wait for my love, wait
All I've been doing is waiting
And all I see is self deterioration
This is what happens when you let Dormont get the best of you
