A tear for the pain
depression to hurt,
to crush me inside;
Will anything work?
A tear can explain
it witnesses angst,
what no one can see;
with all that had sank.
A tear in distress
solitude gained,
It's better alone
to ease up the pain.

She is also the author of three Christmas/short story poetry books J and K Christmas, and the sole Shadowed Tears. She was born in New York and is the mother of two boys Jason and Kristofer.
