If you want to know
what others don’t
then search the places
others won’t.
A traveler immersed
in details to extremities dispersed,
can’t help but lean
into the gap.
Squint if you have to
and slow if you must,
love as much as can be loved,
and trust, and trust,
and trust.
I can only hope this answers
what you asked,
and keeps your eyes looking for the subtlety
just behind?
and brings my memory to your heart
when someday that rare blossom
you find.
