About Justin HuntJustin Hunt is a contemporary American poet. His poems have won several awards and been published by a number of journals, anthologies and literary prize websites like the Michigan Quarterly Review, The New Ohio Review, The Bridport Prize Anthology, The Atlanta Review and The Florida Review. He was shortlisted for the 2019 Strokestown International Poetry Prize. His memoir, Dominoes Are Played at Joe's Place, probes his relationship with his father, who was born in 1897 to Kansas settlers—in a time and place far removed from the digitized, commoditized and celebrity-centric culture of 21st-century of America.
