About Danna Faulds
Danna Faulds is an american poet who credits the practice of meditation with giving her reliable access to a vivid inner life and creative voice. She describes herself as a once-reluctant meditator who now won’t miss a day. Danna Faulds is the author of seven books of poetry (Go In and In, One Soul, Prayers to the Infinite, From Root to Bloom, Limitless, Breath of Joy, and What's True Here) and the memoir Into the Heart of Yoga: One Woman's Journey. A daily yoga and meditation practitioner, she spends her days deepening her practice, writing, weaving, gardening, feeding the birds, and biking with her husband on nearby rail trails. Two of Danna's poems were included in the anthology, Poetry of Presence II: More Mindfulness Poems.Browse all poems and texts published on Danna Faulds
Forgive yourself. Now is the only time you have to be whole. Now is the sole moment that exists to live in the light of your true Self. Perfection is not a prerequisite for anything but pain.
