About Salman Akhtar
Salman Akhtar is an Indian-American Urdu poet and psychoanalyst. He published his first book of poems in english The Hidden Knot, by Adams Press, (Chicago, IL) in 1985; folloed by Turned to Light in 1998. Salman Akhtar received the Sigourney Award in 2012.
